Course Description:

Introduction to the dynamics of interpersonal communication and conflict resolution. Students identify and evaluate interpersonal conflicts, assess communicative options from different ethical frameworks and apply ethical and effective alternatives through conflict management and resolution practices in both oral and written communication contexts. Requires successful completion of coursework that satisfies the ENGCOM A ULR. (Offered every year.)
