Starts students on a teaching credential pathway thinking about how they might teach this content, while also serving the needs of non-credential pathway students. Emphasizes research and analysis of primary sources within the context of the broad outline for eighth grade U.S. History contained in the most recent History Social Science Framework from the State Board of Education.
