Course Description:

Intergrates classical microeconomic reasoning with critical perspectives, e.g. ecological economics to analyze public issues, policies, and programs. Students develop the skills necessary to conduct a multidisciplinary economic analysis of selected policy problems. Considers various models of economic behavior, types of incentives, policy objectives, and instruments. (Offered fall semester: Hybrid model of instruction.)
