Course Description:

Addresses core concepts of both health and wellness, the interrelationship and benefits of physical fitness, proper nutrition, and effective stress management levels for young adults in college. Emphasizes self-assessments, development, implementation of personal wellness goals,plans,actions, and self-reflection on advantages and consequences of lifestyle choices. (Offered every semester).
