Questions the identity of those empowered (or not) to control environmental decision making, how power is gained and lost, the burdens of inequitable distribution of resources, and the price of environmental pollution. Service learning placements help students understand course material. Requires successful completion of coursework that satisfies the ENGCOM A ULR. (Offered fall and spring semesters.)
