Course Description:

Global Women's Health & Social Issues: Provides students with an opportunity to develop an understanding of the dimensions of women's health through a comparative and historical analysis of women's health status throughout the developing world and in the US. Readings and interactive discussion emphasize cross-cultural similarities and differences in women's health and social conditions, and issues related to social justice and health.
