They will conduct formative evaluation to test for quality and appeal and make revisions based on their findings. Fulfill the following MIST learning outcomes: Develop effective feedback systems in instruction, select and use appropriate media tools to develop a solution to an instruction problem, develop multimedia learning objects that address the instructional problem.

Students will explore and develop methods of assessing student performance through the use of psychometric techniques. Further they will develop technique for judging the performance of the instruction delivery through the development of usability testing models. Fulfill the following MIST learning outcomes: Assess learner performance through the use of psychometric methodologies, design an evaluation process that tracks student performance, evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum design, evaluate the effectiveness of instructional delivery, conduct appropriate usability, reliability and efficiency tests of instructional and learning management systems, discuss bias in evaluating for diverse audiences.
