Course Description:

The Foundation of Channeling Energy and Self-Empowerment. Teaches short, powerful, basic qigong and meditation practices that can be done daily to increase and balance life force energy. Explains theory and guides students through the practices, sharing a "map" of how to induce inner Chi flow. Students learn to tap into their own energy in order to heal and detoxify their organs, and reduce emotional and physical stress. Credit /no credit. (Offered as interest warrants.)
